LOCATION: Patients are able to schedule appointments at either our Chelmsford or Dracut location depending on availability. Appointments are scheduled as first available..
SAME DAY SICK APPOINTMENTS: We try to see every sick patient on the same day. Same day Sick Appointments are scheduled as next available.
NON-URGENT APPOINTMENTS: At time of Check-Out please schedule your child(rens) annual well child/physical and Non-Urgent appointments such as but not limited to follow-ups, consults, and nurse visits as needed.

PHONES: Our phones open up at 8:30am, Monday - Saturday. Outside our normal business hours, you can always leave a NON-URGENT message to be returned the next business day or page the on-call Physician (available 24/7). For emergencies, please call 911.

Our triage nurses are available Monday - Friday starting at 8:30 a.m.
- Our phones are switched to an auto attendant at 5/6pm Monday-Thursday, 5pm on Friday and 12pm on Saturday. Please leave a message for the on call physician if you feel your child cannot wait for a next day appointment. Your call will be returned.
- An on-call Provider is available 24/7.
- Weekend hours are by appointment only. On weekends the office may close early based on volume.
- Appointments are scheduled as first available.
